A lot of Canadians are excited about travel returning, and I don't blame them. It's been a rough two years, and everyone is eager to get on the road again. 

When I travel, I like to use prepaid credit cards (aka virtual credit cards) to limit my losses and as a backup emergency fund in case I lose my main cards. 

I put a few hundred dollars on one and stash it in my luggage for peace of mind.
